Welcome to Rustic Simplicity, a small, home-based business that was born out of a love for woodworking and creating custom pieces.  As a retiree, I have had the time to renew my
passion for experimenting with different types of wood and materials to create one-of-a-kind items.  Each piece has been crafted in my home workshop, handmade from start to finish,
bringing ideas to life. I carefully select each and every piece of wood I use. Some slabs are chosen for colour, shape, or unique grain and I am inspired by the natural beauty of the

wood.

I enjoy challenges and the rewarding feeling of adding a touch of uniqueness to peoples' homes and lives. Charcuterie boards are more than just pieces of beautiful wood to hold
delicious snacks. They are the centrepiece of our time spent together where we gather to share stories and build memories. The warmth and beauty of a handmade charcuterie

board or cutting board are everlasting.
