What is your return policy?

Because our products are meant to be used for food service, we cannot guarantee that they do not come into contact with allergens. As a result, all sales are final to ensure the safety of our customers.

How do I clean my Rustic Simplicity boards?

We recommend cleaning your cutting board or charcuterie board with a soft, damp cloth. Please avoid any chemical based cleaning products as they can damage the beeswax coating. Additionally, DO NOT put your items in the dishwasher or microwave.

Are there specific care instructions for the charcuterie and cutting boards?

All of our charcuterie boards are treated with food-grade mineral oil and finished with beeswax for an all natural finish. Regular application of beeswax is also recommended to preserve the wood.
